OK - have me a nice UF 4.03 loaded and made an image... got no idea how I did it either... lol!

Methinks me has a hell of a lot of reading to do... aarrgghh! I have absolutely no clue what I'm doing!

Gonna go through the tutorials tomorrow, and see if they shed any more light this time around - but I'm not going to hold my breath there... lol!

Anyways... here's my image...

Did I done OK?

Would you believe that I've printed out all of the UF tuts from the help files? And a few parts from the rest of the manual as well...

I actually read most of it too... lol! and some of it makes a whole lot more sense than the last time I tried to learn myself UF!

I think that having a lot of play time with Apophysis, and learning some of the basic elements of what makes for a nice composition has really helped me understand a bit more about my art and the creation processes involved.

This is gonna be fun!

It's much easier to read from paper than it is to flip between windows all the time, isn't it?

If I had 2 monitors, then I might use the PC - but for now, paper is definitely the best way for me... lol!

Render settings were...

1280x960
Resolution 300ppi
Threshold 0.1
Depth 1
Subdivisions 9(3x3)

Rendered to .png format - then resized down to 1024x768 and saved as .jpg for upload to the web...
